Still at It!

I haven't painted any real plants in a while so I thought I would give it a try with my new found acrylic skills. This has a lot of metallic paint in it which you can't really see too well but it really gives it a nice glow in person.

This is an orchid plant that keeps on thriving no matter what I do or don't do to it. The orchids fell off a while ago but I do like the leaves and stem. I made up the bud/seedpod thingy since that is what I do...I have a hard time sticking to reality.....Hmmm. What does that say about me I wonder?
